Positive: J'ai aimé le lieu, l'hôtel de glace et les sculptures sont féeriques.
L'ambiance douce et feutrée du restaurant et de la salle commune.
Negative: Les prix sont extrêmement élevés.
Un manque de communication sur les tarifs des navettes (réclamés 2 fois et jamais obtenus)

Positive: El alojamiento es una casa muy acogedora, en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de la parada de autobús. Estaba muy bien equipado.
El primer día tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo, pero el dueño; nos lo solucionó rápido y fue muy amable.
