not customer-oriented Negative: Be careful! Very bad experience, even a trial is now probably inevitable. 2 days before arrival they cancelled the reservation because the owner wanted to use the apartment for himself. Arctic Homes proposed other apartments but none was equivalent in terms of situation, parking and view. So I had to find in emergency another location at my own cost. The problem is that Arctic homes dont want to refund, although I am not responsible. And I dont want to be obliged to accept another location that I did not choose and which did not meet my requirements. Booking did not help in any way and Arctic homes now stopped all contacts. I therefore took a lawyer. What a pleasant way of treating their clients!

As it says: a flat with a view. Positive: Nice, well-situated apartment. The view os truly enjoyable. Is within easy walking distance of the coty centre.

Bel appartement pour un séjour en famille à Tromsø Positive: Appartement calme au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison située à 15 du centre ville à pied. Arrêts de bus bien déservis à proximité. Vue sur la ville. Très bien équipé, spacieux, propre. Negative: Nous avions demandé s'il était possible de quitter l'après midi du jour de départ. La société qui gère l'immeuble a répondu que cela dépendait d'une éventuelle arrivée ou non de nouveaux locataires le même jour. Mais même après avoir redemandé la veille de notre départ, nous n'avons finalement jamais eu de réponse.

Excellent stay in Tromso! Positive: The property was very spacious with all the amenities that you would need. It also had free parking which was a huge plus for us. But more impressively, the staff were proactive in contacting us to make sure we are comfortable. Even on New Year Day, they were communicating with us. When we told them we thought the rooms were too cold, they went out of their way to purchase a heater oven and even came to the house to make sure that the rooms were properly heated. Also, since you are a little bit out of the town (10-15 min walk), we even see the Aurora from the apartment once! Negative: The downside of this property is that the location (though only 10-15 min walk) is uphill. On snowy or icy days, this can make walking to and from the city center tricky and tiring.

Positive: The house is in a quiet and convenient location, close to bus stops. Good view from the balcony. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you
