We had some initial issues with cleanliness and the hot water system, but Mathias and Miguel were very quick to help us
Positive: The location is good, a small cabin that can accommodate 8 people, and the staff responds to messages quickly.
Negative: The bedding was not changed (found hair and dandruff), and the hot water is limited. After 4 people showered, the rest had to wait until the next morning.
